Trade Divisions
CCG’s own electrical, plumbing and HVAC divisions, backed by a general contractor. Service calls, maintenance and new construction from one company that already knows your building.
Our divisions
Most buildings juggle a separate electrician, plumber and HVAC company, each with its own schedule and its own reasons the problem belongs to someone else. CCG keeps all three in-house, so the trades plan around each other, the work gets done in fewer visits, and you have one team to call when something goes wrong.

Why one company
On new construction and renovations, our trades plan their rough-ins together, so nobody waits on another company to show up.
When a problem crosses trades, like a unit that trips a breaker or a leak above a light fixture, one team owns the fix.
If a repair means opening a wall, a ceiling or a roof, CCG’s general contracting crews handle that too, and close it back up.
Get in touch
Call one number and we’ll route you to the right division, or tell us about the project and we’ll bring in the right trades. For new construction and renovations, our project team coordinates all three from the first walkthrough.
