CCG Plumbing Solutions

Full-Service.Full-Flow.

Commercial plumbing, from rough-in to final. Licensed plumbers for new construction, renovations and service calls, backed by a general contractor that handles everything behind the wall.

Commercial Plumbing

When the water stops,
so does business.

A backed-up drain closes a kitchen. A failed water heater empties a building of hot water. A leak behind the wall shows up as a ceiling stain two floors down. CCG Plumbing Solutions keeps commercial buildings running, and builds the plumbing into new ones the right way the first time.

What we do

Plumbing Services

New Construction & Renovation

Underground, rough-in and finish plumbing for ground-up builds, tenant build-outs and major renovations, coordinated with the slab and the framing.

Service & Repair

Leaks, clogs, running fixtures and failed valves in restrooms, break rooms and back-of-house, fixed by licensed plumbers.

Water Heaters

Commercial tank and tankless water heaters sized, installed and replaced, from a single restroom to a full kitchen.

Drain & Sewer Lines

Drain, waste and sewer line repair and replacement, so a slow drain doesn’t turn into a backup that closes the doors.

Backflow & Water Service

Backflow preventers, water service lines, shutoffs and pressure problems that protect the building’s water supply.

Commercial Kitchen Plumbing

Grease interceptors, floor sinks, hand sinks and equipment connections for restaurants and commercial kitchens.

Construction

From Rough-In to Final.

Plumbing is one of the first trades in the ground and one of the last to finish. Underground lines have to be right before the slab is poured, rough-in has to pass inspection before drywall, and fixtures set the date for final. Our plumbers work inside the same project team as the concrete, framing and mechanical crews, so each of those steps lands on schedule.

The result is fewer change orders, no cutting into a finished slab, and a building that’s ready for its plumbing final when everything else is.

Bidding a project?

We bid standalone plumbing scopes for owners, developers and general contractors. Send the bid date and the drawings, and we’ll follow up with questions or a number.

On every build

  • Plan review before bid day, so fixture counts and code questions get settled early
  • Underground and under-slab rough-in completed and inspected before the pour
  • Rough-in sequenced with framing, mechanical and electrical
  • Fixtures, water heaters and long-lead items ordered early
  • Pressure tests and inspections scheduled before walls close up
  • As-builts and closeout documents at turnover

Case study: The Gardens of Brodie Creek

From Sanctuary to Sixteen Bedrooms.

The Gardens of Brodie Creek started as a church in southwest Little Rock. CCG converted it into a community living facility for The Gardens of Arkansas, with 16 bedrooms in eight suites, a kitchen, a laundry and staff offices. A building designed for Sunday services now has to support people living there every day, and the plumbing had to be planned for that from the start.

Behavioral health buildings add their own requirements: ligature-resistant fixtures, tamper-resistant trim and work phased around residents and staff once a building is occupied. Because CCG builds these facilities, our plumbers know those details before the first line is laid.

CCG saw-cut the slab for new underground plumbing to the suite bathrooms, the kitchen and a laundry for three washers and three dryers. See the full project.
