Collapsed roof joists and debris seen from a lift after the tornado

Disaster Recovery

Stabilize. Rebuild.Reopen.

When fire, storms or floods damage a commercial building, CCG makes it safe, documents the damage for your claim and rebuilds it. One team from the first call to reopening day.

Disaster recovery

After the Cleanup Crew Leaves.

Restoration companies are built for the first few days: water out, debris cleared, building dried. What’s often left is a structure that’s damaged, unsafe or out of code, and that’s construction work. CCG works alongside restoration firms and picks up where cleanup ends. We stabilize the building, document the damage for your adjuster and rebuild it with the same crews that build our new projects.

Emergency Stabilization

Shoring, bracing and temporary protection to make a damaged building safe to enter and keep the damage from spreading.

Claim Documentation

Photos, measurements and written scopes your adjuster can work from, recorded by the crews doing the work.

Structural Repair & Framing

Walls, roof structure, framing and foundations repaired or rebuilt to current code.

Roofing & Building Envelope

Roofs, exterior walls, stucco and storefronts closed up and restored, so the building is weathertight again.

Systems Restoration

Our own electrical, plumbing and HVAC crews put power, water and air back online.

Reconstruction Management

Schedule, budget and every trade managed through to reopening, with progress you can share with your insurer.

Case in point

Colony West Shopping Center.

A tornado left this Little Rock shopping center with collapsed roofs and 30-foot concrete tilt-up walls leaning 18 inches. The 40 tons of roof debris couldn’t come out until those walls were locked in place. CCG set 48 exterior tilt-up braces in six hours and installed interior scaffold towers the next day. Dial gauges recorded zero wall movement. Then we rebuilt 23,155 square feet of walls, roofing and stucco.
