Riviera Maya on Fair Park Boulevard with new storefront, metal roof, and signage

Restaurant Fire Restoration

Riviera MayaFair Park

About the project

A fire-damaged restaurant was rebuilt from structure to finish and reopened fully code compliant.

CCG managed the full gut and rebuild of Riviera Maya on Fair Park Boulevard in Little Rock, from odor remediation and a new roof to a working commercial kitchen and dining room.
Fire damage left this Riviera Maya location inoperable, with lingering odor throughout the building and a rebuild that would touch every system.

Reopening meant rebuilding a working commercial kitchen and dining room to full building and fire code compliance. CCG managed a full gut and rebuild from structure to finish. The work started with structural sealing and odor remediation, and CCG coordinated demolition, multiple subcontractors, and temporary utilities to hold the schedule.

With the shell sealed, CCG installed a new 60-mil TPO flat roof across all 3,365 SF and replaced every mechanical system. Dining, kitchen, restrooms, and vestibule were finished with ceramic tile, a custom bar, stainless steel kitchen surfaces, and FRP wall panels, plus a new commercial signage package. Riviera Maya reopened in 2023, fully code compliant and back in full service.

Where It Started

The fire left the dining room, bar, and kitchen charred and smoke damaged, with odor throughout the building. Outside, the storefront and roof had to come down before the rebuild could begin.
