Crash Champions Little Rock collision center after renovation, with new metal panel cladding and fresh paving

Collision Repair Conversion

Crash ChampionsLittle Rock

About the project

A tired auto paint shop became a four-bay collision center built to Crash Champions’ brand standards.

CCG served as general contractor on the conversion of a 9,000 SF metal building in Little Rock, rebuilding the envelope, the shop systems, and the site around it.
Crash Champions chose a former auto paint shop, a 9,000 SF metal building on a 1.13-acre site in Little Rock, for its new collision repair center.

The envelope needed more than the planned repaint. The siding was dented and loose, the base tracks had rusted, and failed flashing had let water into the walls. Inside, the shop needed four tech bays, wash and paint areas, and a complete compressed air loop built to Crash Champions’ design standards. On site, runoff from a nearby hillside was reaching the parking lot. CCG resolved each condition with the owner and design team as it surfaced.

CCG re-clad the building in 26-gauge metal panels with new flashing, gutters, and trim, replaced 187 LF of copper airline, and coordinated the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work for the bays, paint booth, and compressor room. New paving, an extended trench drain, and a slide gate built for the sloped grade finished the site, giving Crash Champions a code-compliant collision center built to its brand standards.
