About the project

A 1990 assisted living facility became a purpose-built behavioral health facility with 90 patient rooms.

CCG served as general contractor for Haven Health Management, converting a 55,972 SF building in Tulsa from senior living to behavioral health care, from a new building envelope to a dedicated high psych unit.
This 1990 assisted living facility needed a full conversion to behavioral health use.

Failed windows and siding had caused extensive water damage, the Masonite exterior cladding had deteriorated, and the mechanical systems were aging. CCG phased the work, completing envelope repairs first to stop further damage before moving into the interior fit-out. The team coordinated closely with the architect and healthcare consultants so that every patient area, including a dedicated high psych unit, met behavioral health safety requirements.

CCG replaced the failed windows and Masonite siding to seal the envelope, then updated the mechanical systems for the new use, with electrical and plumbing upgrades throughout. Anti-ligature fixtures, door hardware, and lighting were installed in every patient area, with added safeguards in the high psych unit’s seclusion and quiet rooms. New flooring and finishes completed the interior. The renovation gave Haven Health Management a code-compliant, purpose-built behavioral health facility with 90 patient rooms, which opened to patients in February 2026.
